Sports Leaders

On Monday 18th May, our Sports Leaders proudly represented the school while supporting the Sports Partnership at the Primary Athletics Championship at Stone X Stadium. It was a highly successful event, and our students demonstrated outstanding leadership, enthusiasm, and professionalism throughout the day.

During the morning session, our Sports Leaders took responsibility for supporting and officiating a range of field events:

* Vortex – Areesha, Eshall, Alexa and Princess

* Speed Bounce – Lily, Precious, Daisy and Syna

* Long Jump – Roberta, Sophia, Emily and Fabiana

* Shot Putt – Lena, Aliyah, Leah-Rose and Krystal

The afternoon session saw our Sports Leaders continuing their excellent work by supporting the Tri-Golf tournament alongside a number of track events, including the 400m races, the Year 3 mixed shuttle relay and the Year 4, 5 and 6 4x100m relays.

Throughout the day, the students showed fantastic teamwork, communication, and organisation skills, helping the events run smoothly while encouraging and supporting the primary pupils. Their maturity, confidence and positive attitude were a credit to both themselves and the school.

The event was a great success, and our Sports Leaders represented the school with pride and grace throughout. We are incredibly proud of the commitment and dedication they continue to show within our community sporting events.
