Information about the position
We are looking to attract a Careers expert with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills plus the proven ability to support young people and adults in developing their progression into further/higher education, employability and apprenticeships.
You will have proven ability to develop effective relationships and networks. You will ensure delivery of high quality and relevant career-related interventions to learners and prospective students to include: CEIAG, drop in advice, guidance interviews, tutorial presentations, CV workshops, events, work experience, apprenticeships, job search skills, preparation for work, internet resources and workshops on careers and UCAS.
This is a crucial role to support students to make well informed and realistic decisions regarding education/training options in order to allow them to achieve their best potential and ambitions. Candidates will need to have relevant qualifications in IAG or the willingness to train in order to achieve them.
