Sabah P.

Tasneem S.

My name is Sabah, and it is an honour to be one of Copthall’s Head Girls for 2025-26.

For me, Copthall has always been more than just a school I attended from Year 7 to Year 13; it is a place that built my confidence, helped me find my voice, and pushed me out of my comfort zone to discover just how much I am capable of. Studying Biology, Chemistry, and Economics constantly challenges me academically, but at  Copthall, it is never discouraging; it has taught me resilience, independence, and balance. Alongside this, the many opportunities offered here, from leadership roles to sharing student perspectives beyond school, has shaped me into someone who feels prepared and excited to take on new challenges.

Looking ahead, I aim to become a diplomat, where I can amplify voices on a global scale that are overlooked, just as Copthall helped me find the power in my own voice. Whether my journey takes me there or leads me along a different path, Copthall has given me the skills, values, and belief in myself to succeed in my ambitions with confidence.

Ultimately, Copthall’s greatest strength is our community, it is one that listens, one that supports and one that believes in you. So, I hope every student here feels, as I do, that Copthall is a place where you can truly grow into the best version of yourself.

Thank you.

My name is Tasneem, and I am proud to be a Copthall student.

For me, Copthall has always been more than just a school; it’s a place that has nurtured my curiosity, built my confidence, and encouraged me to aim higher than I ever thought possible. Studying Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology has challenged me to think critically and persevere through difficult topics, but at Copthall, learning never feels isolating.  The teachers here, such as Miss Mohammed, Miss Thorncroft, and Miss Jordan create an environment where questions are welcomed, lessons are engaging, and every student feels supported. Through this, I’ve learned the importance of resilience and self-belief.  Copthall has taught me that ambition is something you grow into, step by step, with the guidance of teachers who truly care and peers who motivate you to do your best. Looking ahead, I’m excited to continue building on the skills and confidence I’ve developed here. Copthall has shown me that with the right support and determination, you can achieve more than you imagined.Ultimately, what makes Copthall special is its community a place where everyone wants to see you succeed, where your voice is heard, and where you’re encouraged to become the best version of yourself.
