Through our Religious Studies curriculum, we support our young people to better understand the world around them.
Religious Studies is popular across our school community and is taught as a core subject across Key Stages 3 and 4 as well as us offering a GCSE and A level pathway in Key Stages 4 and 5.
We are looking to recruit a passionate, outward looking Teacher of Religious Studies who will inspire our young people through their teaching and support students to make outstanding progress. Applications are welcome from ECT’s.
The successful candidate will not only be an excellent teacher with a strong subject knowledge, they will also have a commitment to supporting the personal development of the young people at Copthall, working collaboratively in a small but effective team to ensure that that lessons are engaging, meet the needs of all students are relevant to the students within our amazing school. They should also have an infectious passion for Religious Studies and a willingness to building partnerships across the local community.
