Sports Leaders Supporting the Netball Rose's Tournament

Our Sports Leaders once again demonstrated their outstanding leadership skills while supporting the Barnet Primary Schools and Year 7 Netball Rose’s Tournament in partnership with the local schools’ sports partnership.

From the outset, the leaders approached the event with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence. They played a key role in ensuring the tournament ran smoothly, taking responsibility for organising fixtures, managing equipment, officiating matches, and supporting younger participants throughout the day. Their ability to communicate clearly and positively with both primary pupils and Year 7 students created an inclusive and encouraging environment for all involved.

The sports partnership staff were full of praise for our leaders, highlighting how confident, reliable, and proactive they were in their roles. Their support was instrumental in the success of the event, helping to maintain a well-structured schedule and ensuring all teams had a positive experience.

Most importantly, our Sports Leaders acted as excellent role models, demonstrating teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship at all times. Their contribution not only enhanced the quality of the tournament but also strengthened our school’s reputation within the partnership.

We are incredibly proud of the way they represented the school and look forward to seeing them continue to develop their leadership skills in future events.
