Football Goals Opening Ceremony - Penalty Shootout Success!

We had a fantastic turnout for the official opening of our brand-new football goals! Headteacher Mrs Winters kicked off the event with the ribbon cutting, followed by Mrs Patel, who took the first penalty and scored our very first goal!

Our goalkeeper Mr Maturine faced a flurry of strong shots before Precious Mbanzulu stepped up to take over in goal, making some brilliant saves. We witnessed some impressive strikes from a wide range of students, with the final score ending in a thrilling tie — 24 goals scored and 24 saves made!

A huge well done to everyone who took part, and we can’t wait to see many exciting games of football played on our home pitch in the weeks to come.
